Terms of Use

RouteWex provides tools to help delivery drivers plan multi-stop routes, optimize stop order, view maps, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Unlimited) and may change as we improve the product. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or business should not maintain multiple accounts to abuse free limits or promotions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; scrape or overload our systems; misuse another person’s data; upload illegal content; or use the Service in a way that violates traffic laws or endangers others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Route suggestions rely on third-party map and routing data (including OpenStreetMap, OSRM, and similar providers). Map data can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not control closed roads, construction, one-way rules, private roads, height or weight restrictions, toll roads, or temporary closures.

You alone are responsible for driving safely and legally. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, and local restrictions. Do not rely solely on the app. Use your own judgment at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteWex is not liable for tolls, fines, delays, accidents, property damage, missed deliveries, or other losses arising from suggested routes, map errors, GPS inaccuracy, or your decision to follow (or not follow) guidance in the app.

“Express” or priority stop features are convenience tools to help organize your day. They are not a guarantee that you will arrive by a specific time. Estimated arrival times are approximate and can change with traffic, weather, loading time, address quality, GPS accuracy, and other factors. If you miss a deadline, RouteWex accepts no responsibility for resulting business or personal losses.

RouteWex offers the following subscription plans (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store, Google Play, or on our website at purchase time):

If you purchase through Google Play, billing and cancellation follow Google Play’s subscription terms. If you purchase on the web via Stripe, billing and cancellation follow the checkout and customer portal flows we provide.

RouteWex does not collect or store your card numbers, CVV, bank details, or Apple Pay / Google Pay payment credentials. We only receive limited entitlement information (plan, status, and period dates) so we can unlock features.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Refunds for web (Stripe) purchases are handled according to the applicable Stripe / RouteWex checkout terms and applicable law. RouteWex cannot process App Store or Play Store card refunds on Apple’s or Google’s behalf.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://routewex.com/privacy (and the same path on our website). Please read it carefully. Among other things, it explains how we handle account data, routes, optional device permissions (location, camera, microphone), and subscription metadata.

RouteWex and its logos, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business delivery planning. You retain ownership of the route content you create; you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ROUTES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, CARGO, OR SCHEDULE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTEWEX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ROUTING THROUGH TOLLS OR CLOSED ROADS, MISSED EXPRESS TIMES, RELIANCE ON MAP OR OPTIMIZATION RESULTS, OR BILLING MATTERS HANDLED BY APPLE, GOOGLE, OR STRIPE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ROUTEWEX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY EURO (€50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and version identifier. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription through the store where you subscribed.
